I’ve made it to over 200 subscribers (including bots? [perhaps]).
Thanks for being in the mesh I’ve fabricated for you to weave yourself comfortably into.
To celebrate we have finally released our country fried cosmic adventure for LIMINAL HORROR!
Learn more about it and purchase it on our itch.io page here, but to sum it up:
A psychic chicken wreaks havoc in small town Texas, as a supernatural fog twists reality. 41 pages of locations, factions, monsters, NPCs, and chaos.
It’s our entry into the Liminal Horror Twisted Classics Jam and I will be submitting it to the Horrors of the Americas Jam.
I am excited. I just thought "I don't care about any of my other zines anymore" and then "I don't care about anything anymore."
When the zine gets printed, I think I am going to hold the zine and feel beautiful, like I won't care about anything anymore, and will experience nearly uncontrollable urges to go lay in my room and listen to music. Feelings of depression caused by limited productivity will not be near me. They will go away from me, if they were ghosts you would see them flying really far from me. I feel good about writing another adventure for Liminal Horror.

some thoughts on writing:
Don’t listen to people who say, “Be careful when writing and listening to music. You might think your writing is poignant/effective when it’s actually the music that is making you feel emotional.”
Don’t write clear plot lines.
Suppress poetic impulses.
Value characterization.
Avoid grand moments.
Flip your sleep cycle around.
Let themes develop naturally to your surprise.
Remember, it’s okay to make bad objects.
Life is too short to worry about lasting aesthetic construction.
Amazing, welcome back! It is nice to have you return with me to blogging. It has been too long for both of us.
